I lived in Delaware when Biden appeared on the political scene. He was a newly minted lawyer with his own practice fresh out of law school. He had 3 kids then as I did but he also had a house and enough cash to run for office twice before he was 30.
I was a plant manager making good money back then and I couldn’t match the life style Biden was living then.
Someone was bankrolling the Bidens back then too. You didn’t go to private school, college, law school, have 3 kids and a house as he had. His father was a used car salesman so he didn’t have the money.

Exactly--It's amazing that ~40% of the population can't figure out how or don't care why a second rate lawyer like Joe Biden became a multi-millionaire by working his whole life as a civil servant.
I've been working in DoD (military and civilian) for almost as long as Biden has been in government and like most hard working, tax paying Americans I have to scrimp and save to afford to take my family on a week's vacation once, maybe twice a year.
Might be like Gavin Newsome who is bankrolled by the Getty family. The Gettys were family friends w/Gavins father thru some sort of business (Newsomes were not wealthy like the Gettys). Gavin grew up being good friends with Getty’s son and they have the Plumpjack winery business together. The Gettys own Newsome.
