It should be noted that this report came out AFTER the Neocons overthrew the elected government in Ukraine, so we can thank the Neocons for what Ukraine was doing (and quite possibly is still doing).

In the case of Ukraine it is the Russians who are abducting the children.

The Ukrainians are not "happy to help", they are desperately trying to rescue their children.
