Soon to be cluster bombs.
Lacking the appropriate 155mm artillery pieces, such weapons being rather inconvenient to move, they will have to throw the cluster bombs Olympic shotput style. But with each 155mm shell weighing 40kg I gather its going to take a bit of “personal development”.

A rocket launcher is pretty useless without a rocket, the remains of a bullet proof vest sounds pretty useless as well. I have no idea what they are calling a 'casing struck'. a shell or bullet casing after the projectile has been fired? Not quite as useless as the other items if someone does their own re-loading.

The article doesn’t name the “Britons,” but it’s a safe bet that their first names are not Charles, Diana, Archibald or Henry.
Humanitarian mission to smuggle grenade launchers
+1
“If I had a rocket launcher...”
The media labeled them Britons we know better
Most likely the same stuff we could buy in an army surplus store. Spend launch tube and some spend shell casings.
