If you've forgotten, Trump EO'd 'Schedule F' which eased replacing/firing civil servants , but it was quickly repealed by Biden.
And now, he's seen where his inexperience with Washington ways and its people were his downfall.For months he's had vetters vetting more vetters to vet mass quantities of new civil servants who will assist him, not undermine his initiatives. No Chris Christie recomendations next time aka Chris Wray.
Schedule F makes it easier to fire govt. employees , which he will do, and will need replacement people committed to implementing policies rather than stalling them.
He knows what must be done. Cabinets will be relocated, eliminated, and downsized.
