He was also filmed inciting people to enter the Capitol itself. This was captured on film on both the 5th & 6th of Jan. 2020. and thus is guilty of inciting & enflaming emotions. He is just as guilty as someone who participates in any criminal action that results in one or more deaths, who are charged with 1st degree murder charges, regardless of their actual intent.
Ray Epp should face 1st degree murder charges, by their very own logic charging criteria they operate under.
My main question is:
Will he get a DC cell with the other j6ers ?

Is there a list of J6 intruders and what they actually did? Fewer than 50 touched a cop or anyone else aggressively. Not many did property damage. Most just walked in and looked around without touching anything.

Yes I know. I have predicted elsewhere, that he will be charged but will beat the charges, for this is all a charade anyway. He will beat the charges in some legal maneuver, or on some sort of legal technicality. The heat is being applied, so a show trial must be staged, and he goes free unable to be tried again for the crimes he committed.
Oh you can place you bet in Vegas, that he will beat any & all charges leveled against him. Though I suspect Vegas will not touch it with a ten foot pole, unless you are betting he will be convicted. Then they will give you fantastic odds to induce you to place your bet.🙂
