And Mulvaney will be safe in Peru???? Unlike the US, there is a good chance that he may be assaulted on the street simply for being a man who wears women’s clothes. Or for being gay. All these theoretical horrors that are allegedly happening in the USA will actually happen to him in Peru or most other South American countries.
