Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) announced a $20 million campaign Tuesday to protect Californians from extreme heat, just as the state’s southern residents were bracing for an extended spell of scalding temperatures.
Heat Ready CA, a statewide multi-ethnic education initiative, provides planning information, emergency resources and strategies for staying safer during periods of intense heat, which the governor’s office described as “the deadliest form of climate-driven extreme weather.”

This is actually good news for me. Because I’m getting ready to launch my latest scam, ‘Heat More Ready CA’. That should bring me in $30M, easily.

I have no idea how Californians survived Before Gavin. he is proof positive that only rich white politicians can save us all.
We are all doomed, It has never gotten hot in the history of man. This is all theatre, doesn’t anyone remember that it is summer and it gets hot? I grew up without air conditioning and it was miserable, but guess what, I survived.
Its summer in AZ and of course we have dead people everywhere.... thud!
