Blaze TV announced Monday that former Fox News host Tucker Carlson will be hosting the first Republican presidential forum of the 2024 primary season.
The event will take place at the Family Leadership Summit in Des Moines, Iowa, later this month.
“Blaze Media is teaming up with THE FAMiLY LEADER to bring you the first presidential forum of the 2024 Republican Primary season, hosted by Tucker Carlson,” Blaze TV tweeted.
“We’ll be live streaming this event all day Friday, July 14th on BlazeTV and the BlazeTV YouTube channel,” the news outlet added.
Blaze indicated that the GOP candidates who are participating include Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, U.S. Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina, and former Vice President Mike Pence.

These are all people who will eventually bow out and endorse DeSantis.
Nobody there other than DeSantis is serious about running, not a single one of them.
Sometimes I even sense DeSantis is pulling a McCain/Romney where his goal is to appear to be a serious contender but, in the end, hand the presidency back over to Obama/Democrats.

People that want to be in politics are usually not America First people. Imo Trump is pretty special in that regard.
Why should Trump give a platform for a bunch of back benchers to snipe at him? Talk about a yawn fest. That’s going to be the Tucker “debate”.
Trump had an interview with Tucker earlier this year, and he did a phenomenal job. The American people deserve to hear from him now. His advisers want to freeze the ball. Shame on them, and him for listening.
