The main issue with cities failing is how voting is done.
The property owners in the city usually don’t live in the city! so they don’t get to vote.
The business owners don’t live in the city, so they don’t get to vote either.
It is really just that simple.
Seattle and SF are now sister cities with Portland as the runner up. Inslee does what CA implements.
IF they have homes to sell—and are not just renting-—wait until they find out that NO ONE wants to MOVE INTO SEATTLE.
They have no buyers for their properties.
Already happening in Portland, Ore.
HOMELESSNESS is a drug problem & a Mental in stability problem.
NOT a housing crisis.
The main issue with voting in Washington is that you don't need an address to register to vote, which is an all mail-in ballot state. There's no way to separate tax-payers from visitors at the ballot box. Therefore, no way to audit the results of any election, Fed or otherwise.

They’re actually knawing at our area north of northern Virginia like termites. The damage is hard to see but then you open it up and realize it’s all a wreck.
