Women’s soccer was at a tipping point when they won the World Cup in 2012, I believe. They were truly poised to gain national popularity, and then they went completely woke, kneeling for our national anthem, going extreme lesbian and other stuff. Like a balloon their popularity popped almost instantly. It’s gone, likely never to recover anywhere near what they were on the cusp off. They threw it all away. Now Rapinoe is like 37 years old and the second oldest women’s player in FIFA.
