Agree that this was fairly obvious once the gym photos were published, however, dietary considerations set aside, especially estrogenetic foods, progressive strength training in a gym will naturally boost a man’s testosterone naturally. It will never be at levels of a twenty year old, but will be efficient.
60 here and my levels are that of a 32 year old.
It can be done, but, for men,avoid foods which mimic estrogen.
