Two staffers for Florida Rep. Fabian Basabe filed a lawsuit Thursday detailing allegations of sexual harassment and unwanted touching by the freshman Republican lawmaker. The lawsuit says Basabe made repeated lewd sexual comments and advances toward a legislative aide and an intern, slapped the aide’s butt without his consent while they attended an elementary school career day, and groped and tried to kiss a Florida State University graduate student in a car before hiring him as an intern.

IIRC, a few months ago, this Fabian guy (a Republican who is in liberal Miami Beach) VOTED TO KEEP HOMOSEXUAL PROPAGANDA OUT OF SCHOOLS. He faced protests outside his office by homosexual activists who threatened him. This civil suit may be the payback.
This guy is a RINO, but the media is also trying to paint all Republicans as bad ... The Trump aide being persecuted by the DOJ also made an appearance in Miami.
Yep, here is what I found. The homosexual cabal is targeting him because he voted for parents and for unborn babies...
South Florida political targeting of Republicans with media assist alert.
Just another example of Demon Rat party using the court system to harass political enemies.

Is this guy a Marco Rubio protégé?
And the DeSantis supporters think the Lawfare Zombies won’t go after Ron if he were an actual contender for the nomination.

No...the way they win is through election fraud.
The Lawfare aspect just fills lawyers pockets with taxpayer dollars while providing the additional benefit of drawing time, money, and political power out of the target.
But mostly for them, it is entertainment.
(Only partially kidding-they use lawfare in concert with election fraud to win, as you said...)
It is asymmetrical politi-legal warfare for them, attack on all fronts.
But if they take out candidates by law fare, they win.
Of course...at the bottom of my post, I acknowledge I was just joking about saying they only use election fraud to win...
It is true. You have to acknowledge their evil quest for power. All the time, with everything.
Worth repeating. :)
