I think there is a Russian plan. I’ve said for a year that there will come a time when Russia will have had enough of NATO supplied and directed weapons killing Russians. When that time comes they will strike into Ukraine and Eastern Poland where the weapons staging areas are. I think the Russians will do terrible damage to these targets. The Russians will take enough of additional Ukraine to coordinate an overall defense incorporating Belarus territory and assets and Wagner. They will do this under the cover of the Belorussian and Donbas nuclear guarantee zones. There will be your 1000 mile Checkpoint Charlie. Or the traitors and dipshits running this in DC will take it nuclear by going on the NATO offensive.
When the Russians have enough of Putin killing Russians, then they will revolt against this.
This was apparent in the Wagnerite “march” to Moscow - when they walked in unopposed to Rostov-on-Don and Voronezh.

Perhaps you missed the fact that the Russians tried that in Feb and March last year and lost.
Now they are even less capable of gaining land - the element of surprise is gone and their best units are dead.
