It’s the DESPERATE Biden regime, along with the increasingly DESPERATE Zelensky regime, which are announcing they are introducing CLUSTER MUNITIONS into the fight. These munitions are banned by the Cluster Munitions Convention Treaty signed by over 100 nations including most of our NATO allies (Germany, France, UK, Italy, etc.). Introduction of chemical weapons will just be an additional step in the escalation of terror and death.

There has been some progress on countries giving up dangerous weapons. Khadaffi in Libya gave up his nukes. How’s he doing now? Ukraine gave up their nukes and Russia/UK/US all agreed to respect their boundaries. How did that work out for them? Anytime a country is asked to give up some weaponry in the future they are going to think about these 2 questions.
And the U.S. did not sign that treaty, now has the U.S. Senate ever ratified such a treaty.
So it's irrelevant.

Perhaps you missed the fact that the Russians tried that in Feb and March last year and lost.
Now they are even less capable of gaining land - the element of surprise is gone and their best units are dead.
