Popeye’s is better, IMHO.
(Never gone there since.)
Same here.
Along similar lines, I was extremely disappointed to find out the Hobby Lobby guy was part of the group behind those humanistic Laodicean “he gets us” ads.
“Evangelism” based on its-not-my-fault “music” - one of the worst ideas ever conceived.
I definitely like it.
But I’ll go to Popeyes instead now for the breaded one. Decent price too. $5
It did that back in 2019 or so when they stopped donating to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Salvation Army to give to some runaway shelter started by a homo pedo priest.
Haven’t been there since that day. They are fake and cared more about pleasing college girls, progressive city councils, and sodomites than the base who flocked out to support them en masse when they were under attack in 2012.
I got sick off of their grilled chicken a couple of weeks ago......................
What I have noticed…..
…the young employees use to look squeaky clean
Nowadays they’re accepting girls with tats…..but on the whole they look cleaner than a lot of other fast food workers
I thought they had to lower their standards because of lack of workers
Nobody is worked up. Many people simply saw what they did, and heard what they said and stopped going there. Now their Christian schtick is just a marketing gag.... like Mike Pence.
Not worked up... as I drive right by them.
I thought it was close to perfection
But the price and the woke drove me to Popeyes
I’ve been very happy with Popeyes which I liked before I had Chick-fil-A
“Their food really isn’t that good folks”
I’ve had two chicken sandwiches there and both times the buns crumbled in my hands to the point where I couldn’t eat the sandwich because the Buns were that stale that dried out - and then the hostess out in the eating area had the audacity to tell me “that’s how buns were supposed to be” back in my military days I used to be a cook. I know what fresh bread and buns are supposed to be like and that ain’t it.
” only decent thing was the cole slaw and they got rid of that several years ago “
Replaced it with some dirt flavored kale salad to appease college girls libs who will never like them anyway.
Totally agree..........Wish there was a In-and-Out near me!
Wow!
I seem to recall spending about $8 for a sandwich, fries & drink, but that was years ago.
Fast food is not something I indulge in any more - I can’t get past what you get for a high price, knowing how much more I could get at a grocery store for the same money. Also, for health reasons, I am really strict about what I eat: fresh, simple food, no vegetable seed oils, etc & fast food doesn’t meet those standards. Mom offered to buy me something when she ordered her $13 meal, but I declined.
One thing I will say about Chik-Fil-A.... politest employees anywhere - they say “my pleasure” a lot.
We have Popeyes and KFC, so there is an alternative...............
Another fatherly figure failure. No sooner did the founder Cathy die and we find out his loser sons hired ex Obama officials then what happens, The Chik dropped all pro family, traditional marriages charities, etc. Like 10 years ago. The chikfila can rot in hell. I’d rather spend my money on starbucks and disney than support rotten spoiled scum sucking worthless bastard silver spooned sons who disgraced their fathers legacy and use the Christianity crap to deceive people to make money. They all can go to hell.
I was lucky to get to In-and-Out north of Houston street near DFW years ago.
Good stuff!!
(No sooner did the founder Cathy die and we find out his loser sons hired ex Obama officials then what happens)
That would certainly make sense as to what happened.
Exactly !
Plenty of people are worked up. Just read the articles. Read some of the posts.
The Cultural Revolution was designed to focus social pressure against anyone who did not “toe the line” for the party. It is happening on the left and right. From the left and right.
When they try to evoke an emotional response over people who make chicken sandwiches, we are nearing the end of reasonableness.
It had already strayed long ago.
