Hillary might have gotten elected to Congress from a heavily Democratic district in the Chicago area. Possibly she could have made it to the Senate. But no way she would have had a chance of being the party’s nominee for President if she had not been the wife of President Clinton.

I highly doubt it.
With thousands of qualified residents in Chicago, it's highly doubtful that she would've been the lucky one to make it to congress or the senate. But, her chances would've been improved 100% if she had been born black.
Would Moochele be talked about if she didn't get automatically qualified by getting married to someone that did make it to Washington? Nope, she would be living in a Chicago ghetto with perhaps 4 or 5 kids, struggling to get by.
