The population of this country is 330 mm. Let’s say 30 milllion are 70+. Under 18 is another 40 mm. That leaves 260 million.

And 105 million of them are unemployed?

Someone needs to go to math class.

There were almost 56 million people age 65+ in the U.S. as of the 2020 census. That number is certainly higher now.

Any of them who aren’t in prisons or nursing homes are included in the 105 million “jobless Americans.”
