The 14th is so badly written that a Judge can easily interpret it to allow him to do anything he wants. Have you *READ* the 14th amendment? It's a freaking mess!

Doesn't matter if they are lying, when they are supreme court Judges, they can lie if they want to. The only thing that would give them pause is the possibility of embarrassing themselves in front of their fellow lawyers, and this is where the 14th gives them an excuse to just make things up.
