"Thanks. The memorandum is precious, for instance:

Although this case is still relatively young, and at this stage the Court is only examining it in terms of Plaintiffs’ likelihood of success on the merits, the evidence produced thus far depicts an almost dystopian scenario. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian “Ministry of Truth""

I enjoyed that part as well. There were several such statements in which the Judge was very eloquent in position that the "Government CAN'T DO THIS!"

They shouldn’t have to be told. Whatever their legal status may be these people are not Americans.

Well, no, of course not. They owe their allegiance to the globalist regime which requires Orwellian powers to suppress disinformation so they can rule.

I think the only question is how long it took for suit to be brought, although as the judge stated in the memorandum, this was pending for a significant period of time under the court's jurisdiction obtaining discovery before the complaint could be filed.

As the judge stated the gubmint legal scum tried to claim plaintiffs had been dilatory in filing this complaint, which the judge attributed to the discovery process to attain the evidence the the legal scum were operating in contravention of the constitution.
