I’ve been trying to persuade the ideologically brainwashed that the aristocrats, as always, view those who aren’t as mere peasants to be manipulated, abused and, if necessary, murdered if they pose an existential threat to members of the aristocracy.
The US Marshals Service, part of DOJ, would have to enforce the injunction against DOJ.
The FBI will ignore it and cover it by a claim of national security or an ongoing investigation.
The only thing the FIBBERS won’t ignore is budget cuts. Sadly, GOP has no interest there.
