IMHO, should have stayed governor for the full second term and then a hopeful for 2028. But as it is now, IMHO, he has destroyed his political future.
You and me agree 100%. I voted for DeSantis twice for Florida governor. Regardless if Trump wins or loses in 2024, nomination would be a walk in for RDS in 2028. Now he will lose some MAGA voters in 2028 even if he gets nominated.
RDS blew it big time. But give the guy a break. He is not allowed to go against his sugar daddy’s. RDS can not remain in politics without his sugar daddy’s.
