Having previously been touted as the GOP's next presidential hopeful, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' White House bid has been floundering over the past few months, with even Republican figures casting doubt on the future of his campaign.
DeSantis's unfavorable rating among potential voters has been steadily rising since late March, when he recorded a split 39.3 percent favorable rating. This includes the time after he confirmed his 2024 bid in late May in an error-strewn Twitter Space online announcement.

Note also that 2016 polls showed a double-digit blowout for Hillary, so Dem voters felt comfortable voting 3rd party, figuring Hillary would win anyway, but also that the Dems were too right-wing and needed to be sent a message only a vote for the Greens could deliver. That 4% third party vote in 2016 swung back to 2% in 2020. Joe Biden has few virtues but chief among them is his likeability, at least compared to Hillary, or Trump.

Agree. Trump is going all in on the LGBT agenda. As harmful as that agenda is to the nation, it’s amazing the Trump cultists are in no way bothered by his crass support. DeSantis’s stand on this is admirable and courageous.

Actually, to me, it’s that his TOP ADVISOR (or someone close to the top) was at Zelensky’s VICTORY PARTY, after trying to overthrow the government of Georgia.
So no surprise to see the Globalists all lining up behind DeSantis.
We see DeSantis public speeches.
The donors and elites get to talk to DeSantis in private.
Who has a more realistic view of what DeSantis is really all about.

No argument. The campaign is done via shaping people’s perceptions and the mainstream media is propagating the “Trump in legal trouble” narrative and not the DOJ has a political bias theme.

But Trump has a record on judges, border control, trade, and staying/getting out of wars. So far with DeSantis, he doesn’t seem able to stand up to the Globalists/Neocons on border control, trade, or staying/getting out of wars...so the only thing we could hope for with him would be judges, which he would probably do as well as Trump.

Been saying for over a year that he is risking his future political viability with a bid this cycle. Too easy to call the political suicide.
First they said Trump would never run, when he did they said he was not serious, then they said he never win the nomination then he did. Then they said he'd never win the election, then he did...And now you say he won by just a small margin...
Were talking about the man who was never elected for any office in his life, who ended up blowing 17 career professional politicians off the stage...lol
