So, yes, people should take what desantis supporters claim here with grains of salt, because most of the time it’s lies and misprepresenations of what the truth really is.

The town is right next to Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, no doubt people came from all over as far as Charlotte and other places. It had been promoted on the big 98.7 Voice of the Carolinas radio for several weeks and more and shuttle buses to get people to the rally. 50,000? Probably not. But 25K? Probably so.
Surely there are aerial photos of the crowd.

By way of comparison here’s a shot of a recent Taylor Swift concert with 70,000 in attendance. I haven’t seen any pictures from the rally that look anything like this.
