It’s the true art of the steal — child support edition. Hunter Biden, 53 has settled his ongoing child custody dispute with baby mama Lunden Roberts by striking a rather strange compromise.
The beleaguered First Son will not give his love-child Navy Roberts, his last name – as requested by Lunden.
But the amateur artist will give her one of his paintings. A bizarre clause in the settlement stipulates that Hunter provide Navy, 4, with the proceeds from an undisclosed number of his novice works for an undisclosed period of time.

If they have to accept his existence, they’re going to put him straight to work in the family business.
Without Biden’s influence attached, the paintings are worthless.
I think that his ‘art’ will dramatically lose its value on the secondary market. The first buyer is not buying a work of art.
Explain a market in which a Hunter Biden sells for $2M if sold by the artist, but you can get $5 bucks on resale. I don’t get it. Oh wait, it’s not about the painting.
His paintings look like the kind purchased from Mexican street artists.
SOOOOOOO—How many bank accounts in the name of this child has Hunter opened up around the world???
Why insult Mexican street artists?
Lo siento.
He’s got enough money to just pay his ex and his kid a generous amount and it would not hurt him a bit. He is being greedy and vindictive. It’s too bad that liberals who have hunted deadbeat dads to near extinction don’t see him as one.
He doesn’t even want her to have his last name. How is that legal?
I know quite a bit about CA child support. First, the family law attorney quoted is wrong. Parents can stipulate to what’s called a “below guideline order.” That said, I agree with the overall thrust of this article. In CA, at least, the previous stipulated $20K a month order would have required Hunter to have about $340K per month income. Maybe in the old days Hunter was pulling that in, but I don’t think that could be proven now, even taking into account the recurring gifts from his rich lawyer friend.
That said, the new $5K order seems very low. About $20-24k monthly income to him. You see the working of the guideline is not linear: $20k/ mo gets you a $5k order, but 340k, 17 times more, only quadruples the order. In CA the kid would be entitled just about as a matter of law to the name change. Thats a big chip to have given away for an undisclosed number of paintings that will likely end up worthless. I would have advised
Mom to go for $10k—- it’s non taxable to her and 100k in non taxable income for 14 years in Ariana’s is pretty
Comfortable. With something like that I would advised she could give up the bargaining chip. I assume Arkansas is like CA, and the kid would have the common law right to change her name at 18 if she chose (mom can’t bargain away the kid’s rights as an adult)
Does it actually cost more to raise a child whose father makes much more money?
We will probably never know if son Beau was part of the Biden Crime Family but they are still using him to run a $ scam.
Louis Freeh, former FBI and thick with Joe Biden is on the board of directors.

No, but one of the underlying principles in CA is that, if one parent is wealthy, then the child should have a lifestyle that reflects that. But it’s not unlimited, hence my observation that seventeen times the income only quadruples the order (these are approximates based on the CA guideline calculator.)
“His paintings look like the kind purchased from Mexican street artists.”
The Mexican street artists are much better.
Probably because they're traitors and that's A Okay with the Left.
Thank goodness the child won’t be burdened with that last name.
“She”-the child is a little girl that the whole Biden clan pretends does not exist-and when she gets older, she probably will see the wisdom of not sharing a name with a notorious crime family-I just hope mom gets a good price for that crappy painting-at least enough for the kid’s future college education...
Hunter pokes her again. She out to sue her lawyer.
