Well I bet the Amish don’t have anywhere nearly as many morbidly obese in their populuation, and they tend to be rather physically active compared to the rest of the US. Obesity is the co-morbidity that makes people under 50 most at risk.

Amish work hard and don’t eat junk food generally. Most of their food is home grown. They get outside a lot and get plenty of fresh air. They drink unpasteurized milk. They go to bed at night. They are well grounded.
All of these activities give them immensely powerful innate immune systems.
