U.S. Attorney David Weiss Confirms ‘Limited’ Authority to Charge Hunter Biden Outside Delaware

U.S. Delaware Attorney David Weiss on Friday confirmed his “limited” authority to charge Hunter Biden in the jurisdictions of Washington, DC, and California.

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley told Congress the Department of Justice (DOJ) prevented Weiss from bringing charges against Hunter Biden in Washington, DC, and California.

The New York Times independently confirmed Shapley’s statement on Tuesday by reporting the DOJ’s practices demand that Weiss obtain approval and cooperation from the U.S. attorneys in California and Washington, DC, before proceeding with charges in their districts.

Weiss wants to make 4 important points:

1) He has all the authority.
2) He doesn’t have the authority here.
3) He has all the authority.
4) He has limited authority.

I haven’t paid too much attention over the past few months. He may have more to say, but that’s what I’ve heard so far.

It was Garland who said that Weiss had all the authority, so what Weiss is effectively now saying is that Garland blatantly lied to Congress under oath.

These are crimes from numerous years ago covered up by Barr, Graham, Mitch, Schumer, Wray, and the DoJ.

So focus on the Republican reponse.

They are giving Garland and Weiss three weeks to a Month polite Invites when the principals have already said, I’m not going to discuss thst case or answer questions on it, Period.

The Republicans are intentionally running out the clock by a series of predictable and recurring delays - if they don’t open up an Impeachment inquiry of JOE - and then they have plenary power of Subpoena on all aspects.

The DoJ and FBI’s answer is going to be - let me hand select a Slug and let him sit on it for five years (2028) - and then release a Document on a late Friday afternoon saying we didn’t find anything.

Answer the Bell, or admit you’re working for the Deep State and all these 4 week delays will pull Joe across the Finish line.

Weiss is the immediate problem here.

He’s dirty and he was given cases that Barr took from other offices that were pursuing them, and he put a Dem Stooge in place (Lesley Wolf) that would shut it down and spy for him.

Every knows about Garland, but he’s depending on these Criminals to do the Dirty work.

Garland is not less guilty, but even Attorneys know Delaware is a dirty state. Dem Alan Dershowitz said that it’s known to practice Justice in a way that benefits insiders and the wealthy, as it’s overriding goal.

It’s all right there before us.

He didn’t request Special Prosecutor status, so he didn’t get it.

Weiss says it’s all me - but I can’t tell you why.

I can’t tell you why I forbade the team from using the Laptop.

The important thing is - he’s not going to answer questions until one year after Joe is dead. It’s the Delaware Way.

And why are Republicans waiting 3-4 weeks for him to say he refuses to speak about it - after he’s already made it known?

Open Impeachment Inquiry - then Delay- Wray can no longer block them.

Plenty of questionable ethics and crooks to go around.

Barr knew nothing would come of it if he referred cases to Delawhore. Really disappointing. Here you have an executive who simply didn’t follow up appropriately.

We have known Weise are Garland are dirty for a long time and expect them to operate the way they did in a weaponized government.

Of course, Barr could be compromised too which is why he passed the buck and never followed up.

I really don’t like Trump but he is the only one with the courage to fight the deep state.

U.S. Attorney’s limited warranty would run out when the mileage to get outside Delaware was exceeded. He ignored all the daily robocalls offering extensions from companies.

Like Field of Dreams the attorney could prosecute within Delaware but lose all his powers if he crossed the state line to leave to charge Hunter.

Who was he being limited by?
That’s not what he told 6 witnesses in a meeting.

The thing is, you can have the authority...but NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE IT.

Merrick keeps saying, Weiss HAS THE AUTHORITY, that is...in his official duties there lies an AUTHORITY TO USE, however, you can decide Not to use it OR you can be ordered NOT to use it.

He is alleged to have been given something like a “stand down” order.

Time for McCarthy to fulfill his promise and impeach Garland for lying about it.
