The University of Cincinnati has formally rebuked a gender studies professor who complained about a student using the term 'biological woman', and ordered the professor take a course on free speech.
Melanie Nipper, a 28 year-old adjunct professor of sexuality studies at the University of Cincinnati, took issue with student Olivia Krolczyk's use of the term in an essay about trans women in sport.
Nipper told her 'the terms 'biological women' are exclusionary and are not allowed in this course as they further reinforce heteronormativity.

I think one of the greatest missed opportunities was during questioning of lee during confirmation hearings when asked what a woman was she replied I am not a biologist, the next question should have been so you believe gender is a biological question.
The response of lee would have caused uproar, outrage, and a disturbance in the leftist force that would have sunk any conservative candidate well as far as the left is concerned

Then I would enroll in the class, skip the classes and accept an "F"......I don't think there's a requirement that you have to pass the class in order to graduate. It would probably affect your total GPA but all the professional resume's I've seen, they only list the university they attended, not the GPA.
The “professor” should be fired. UC should lose its accreditation for offering a BS waste of a class and daring to call it a college course.
