This article reminds me of the Agency Rick Perry said he would eliminate.

If I recall, he said three, but couldn't remember two of them. He might have said Education. I think he wound up heading Energy, which should be on anyone's shortlist. Carter made Energy because all the European countries had a Department of Energy. Seriously, that was his rationale.
