Someone took a photo of the portion of the missile that hit the train station and it literally showed the serial number which traced back to AFU...so spare me the wikipedia bullshit.

“Russian media also said that the serial number of the missile was in the same range as one used by Ukrainian forces. Serial numbers cannot be used to prove which side fired the missile, however, since all Tochka-U’s were manufactured at a single site in Russia and distributed from there across the Soviet Union. As a result, there was, for example, a close serial number match between a Tochka-U used by Russia in Syria and one used by Ukraine in Snizhne.[40][41][42] Moreover, both Russia and Ukraine have made extensive use of munitions captured from the other side.[43][44]

A fake video clip with a mock BBC logo, attributing blame to the Ukrainian forces, circulated through pro-Russian telegram channels since 10 April. The video was also aired on Russian state television. The BBC has not produced any such video.”

You are pure excrement.

Right, for believing that invading russians who have robbed, raped, tortured and executed civilians deserve to die? Not sorry.

Do WE make cluster bombs that can be fired by artillery?
Are WE mass-manufacturing both artillery pieces AND cluster ammunition that can be fired in them for the Ukes?
If not, why not?

I didn’t bother to do your research for you but here are two older mentions of our cluster bomb stocks, they indicate that we have a lot of artillery delivered CBs.

“The United States has already provided Ukraine with High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems and 155mm Howitzers, which can be used to launch cluster munitions, as part of its $41 billion in security assistance since February 2022, when the war started.”

“Human Rights Watch has previously reported that the U.S. inventory, including WRSA, totaled about one billion submunitions.
Cluster munitions are particularly ubiquitous in the stores of U.S. ground forces. According to the DoD report, the Army has about 638.3 million cluster submunitions (88 percent of the total inventory) and the Marine Corps has about 53.3 million (7 percent). The report states, “Cannon and rocket artillery cluster munitions comprise over 80% of Army fire support capability,”13 and they “comprise the bulk of the Marine Corps artillery munitions.”14 The Air Force stockpiles about 22.2 million air-delivered cluster bombs (3 percent of the cluster inventory) and the Navy about 14.7 million (2 percent)”

“While the historical record is incomplete, the US has in the past transferred hundreds of thousands of cluster munitions to at least 30 countries, including Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Egypt, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, South Korea, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE, and the UK.

The US now can only export cluster munitions that leave behind less than 1% unexploded submunitions, while the receiving country must agree that cluster munitions “will only be used against clearly defined military targets and will not be used where civilians are known to be present.” According to the US agency that administers weapons transfers, “the only cluster munition with a compliant submunition (one that does not result in more than 1% UXO across the range of intended operational environments)” is the CBU-97B/CBU-105 sensor fuzed weapon.

In recent years, CBU-105 sensor fuzed weapons have been sold to India (510 announced in 2008), Saudi Arabia (404 announced in 2011), Taiwan (64 CBU-105 announced in 2011), and South Korea (367 CBU-105 announced in 2012).

Stockpiling
The U.S. has a stockpile of cluster munitions containing about 1 billion submunitions.

According to US Department of State cables released by Wikileaks, the US has stockpiled and may continue to be storing cluster munitions in a number of countries, including Convention on Cluster Munitions States Parties Afghanistan, Germany, Italy, Japan and Spain, as well as in non-signatories Israel, Qatar, and perhaps Kuwait. The U.S. removed its stockpiled cluster munitions from Norway in 2010, while the UK announced in 2010 that there were now “no foreign stockpiles of cluster munitions in the UK or on any UK territory” indicated U.S. stocks had also been removed.”

Before you absorb an internet meme, examine it and think about it and whether it even has any meaning at all, for example, countless articles in countless sources, over a period of a decade or so, and then someone puts together a tiny little meme from all of that.

Thank you for your leg work.
It sounds like we have quite a few cluster munitions, most of which cannot ever be given to Ukraine or anyone.
Are we mass-manufacturing munitions that CAN be delivered to others, like the Ukes?
If no, why not?
If I have mis-interpreted your response data please show me where.
Thanks.

I don’t know what you mean about what ammunition we can’t give Ukraine or other countries.

I had heard that the only configuration of cluster bomb s we possessed were air dropped, not artillery fired.
I was since told that we have nearly a billion items of these in various configurations for delivery. I don’t know that the Ukes have the airplane capability to use airplane dropped bombs. I then also read (here) that we may only give the very small subset of bombs that meet narrow criteria for dud rate etc to any other country. I don’t know that those small subset are what the Ukes could use. If we have effectively no number of these munitions to actually give, why are we not mass manufacturing more of what we CAN give them and the artillery to fire them? If indeed we are, as Biden says, doing everything we can to help them win?
Thanks.
