IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley on Wednesday appeared on Fox News to discuss Hunter Biden’s sweetheart deal and DOJ corruption with host Bret Baier.
Shapley told Bret Baier that Hunter Biden received around $8.3 million from China (Chinese energy firm CEFC), Ukraine, and Romania between 2014-2019.
“Based on all the financial records that we did find, they’ve been analyzed – it was around $8.3 million he [Hunter] received,” Shapley said.
“From who?” Bret Baier asked.
“They came from China – from CEFC – came from Ukraine, and from Romania,” Shapley said. “And even the Burisma money…the 2014 and 2015 taxes years when the Burisma money was coming in, I mean to this day, there is still about $400,000 of unreported income from Burisma in 2014. Hunter Biden was told by his partner Eric Schwerin that he needed to amend his returns and he never did.”
Shapley said the statute of limitations ran out so Hunter Biden got away with not paying his taxes AND he was not charged for evasion.

They didn’t allow them to use the Laptop.
They didn’t allow them to look into Joe, Valerie, or James.
They didn’t allow them to use Hunter’s name with Banks, as is standard practice.
Leaving open the possibility some records and accounts were missed.
Joe is using his library as another Scam, and none of that was part of this Investigation.
There is no Statute of Limitations on Civil Tax Fraud Prosecutions, only Criminal Prosecution.
Well son of a bitch.
Hunter is an international cash machine, an ATM that likes to party.

All they had to do is what Weissman did to Trump Campaign personnel in the Get Trump Op.
In a secret proceeding, they requested the Judge pause the statute of limitations on Manafort, who worked for previous administrations, and the Judge did.
On of the charges they brought against Manafort was FARA violations. Hunter was advised to register by an Attorney friend, and Hunter told him that he didn’t understand, he was free to operate without registering.
What is Merrick’s cut?
Hunter Biden - The whore mongering, crack head, multi-millionaire influence peddler
Makes it even more of a puzzle why Lunden Roberts, his baby's Mama, would willingly settle for a reduction in his monthly child support from $20K to $5K.
Maybe Big Guy Biden had his consigliere make her an offer she couldn't refuse.
It’s the other way around. There is a six-year statute of limitations to civilly assess taxes under the 25% omission rule, but no statute of limitations for criminal evasion, which certainly appears to be present here.
That’s the way it was when I worked for the IRS in the 70’s and 80’s. I’m pretty sure the law hasn’t changed since then.
Meanwhile in meritless garlands office...😳
There is no Statute of Limitations on Civil Tax Fraud, only criminal tax fraud.
Here is a link to a great article explaining this in detail. I’m a retired CPA and this is the best simple explanation I have read on the subject.
“What is the Tax Fraud Statute of Limitations”
So I guess today we like Brett Bair for allowing the whistleblower to tell his story. I guess his questions this time were fair and balanced so he’s OK..for now. But let him ask Trump a tough question and he goes back in the “S” list. I’m series about that
“Oh, you didn’t pay your taxes on 8.3 million dollars? That’s okay. You can keep it.” ~ said no IRS agent to a regular every day U.S. citizen/businessman ever.
Gary Shapley was impressive... flat out, no holds barred IMPRESSIVE = knows his stuff, isn’t political and doesn’t reach beyond reality.
Ukraine, China, and Romania are probably where most of those purchasing his “art” are from. They just found another way to funnel money into the pocket of the “Big Guy”.
So nice the feds stretched out the cover up, I mean investigation, beyond the statute of limitations. But listening to the media Hunter really got a raw deal in all this. The poor guy. If his name were “Hunter Smith” he would have gotten no punishments at all....
This is where it’s all going to happen.
Similar to US ‘bookkeepers’ taking down Al Capone.
Good for the principled and intelligent people of the IRS...(never thought I’d say that... but it’s true... They’ll be the ones taking out the corruption.)
