Seems there were other foreigners there / Dutch, Belgian, etc “ aid workers” who made videos ( which is supposed to be illegal in Ukraine to film strike damage)
Question is whether these guys are ex-military or active troops on special assignment as advisors. Very loose on social media about tagging people on their posts …guess the military needs to tighten up on OPSEC and figure out a lot of people in Eastern Ukraine don’t really like them
This social media and cell phone geolocation got a lot of Russians and western mercs targeted early in the war
How is it nobody seemed to realize this type of hangout was really dangerous in a war zone?
The answer is none of the above. The people present are Ukrainian civilians and aid workers. They guy in the white shirt provides food to people in need. You can read all about him here .
No doubt we have “special operators” on the ground there, but those guys in the videos aren’t. See my post #42.
