Poor kid that has to go to Suy:u Elementary School
Why not Emoji Elementary?😎
Kit Carson is being renamed Umoja International Academy in a tribute to the first principal of Kwanzaa to strive for and maintain unity in the family, community, nation and race.
What utter cow manure
It makes no sense they would demand Indian names for those schools. First, it is pandering out of liberal guilt. Then, following the logic of the left, it is somehow redeeming to “occupy stolen land” if you name buildings after the tribe you stole it from. The left would be funny if it weren’t so dangerous.
And just what is that “mission and vision? To “gayify everything and force immorality on the nation?”
To much generational Est and marijuana use?
People would be amazed how many teachers send their kids to private schools.
Suy:u
Prep school for kids who want to go to law school to become ambulance chasers.
Miwok Middle School?
Are they going to teach kids to work in Chinese restaurants?
“Hey. Miwok stir fry.”
“Miwok a dag.”
Do the students get shocked with electrical wires, water tortured and stripped naked during morning rituals at the Kwanzaa school?
“...Umoja International Academy (formerly Kit Carson International Academy).”
At this point, it’s almost insulting to name a failing education system after native americans. 🤔
No mention of improving reading and math scores.
Peter Hardeman Burnett was the first American governor of California. He had been one of the first Americans to go to Oregon. When gold was discovered in California, the Americans in Oregon were the first to get there, and that led to him being chosen as the governor.
He wrote an interesting book of memoirs about his life. He became a Catholic and is buried in Old Mission Santa Clara.
