And the Russians destroyed the refineries when they were in the area a few years back.

Unless the Chechens switch sides. During the Chechen war, after the Russians literally flattened Grozney, Kadyrov’s father did exactly that, joining the Russians.
I know I certainly wouldn’t trust any armed Chechens.
