I don’t see Ron as a diehard MAGA candidate.
I have liked things that he has done, it’s just that I’m no longer
convinced he is the guy I once took him for.
Him recently saying he didn’t think tariffs on China was a good
idea, kind of caused me to wonder what other unraveling he’s
prepared to do.
China isn’t kidding around and he wants to be more fair?
Name me a better Canidate for 28.
He never said tariffs on Chinese goods were a bad idea. The blogger Sundance said he did, hardly an objective source, but if you actually go to the speech DeSantis said that Trump’s tariffs were ineffective. Since Biden was ok with leaving Trump’s tariffs in place, they can’t be that onerous. Yes, Biden kept Trump’s tariffs in place. They are still in place. And they are ineffective.
Personally, I wouldn’t put tariffs on China either. Tariffs are taxes.
I would declare China a terrorist state, with all the consequences that imposes on them. I would prohibit them from buying, selling, owning, managing, maintaining, sponsoring, or funding, directly or indirectly, any organization, institution, business, land, or any other entity based in or doing business in the United States of America.
I would cancel our debt to them. Just declare it void and don’t pay it.
And I would massively build up the military and the Border patrol and ICE.
