It's might have been a possibility, had J P Morgan not already filed Several SAR (Suspicious Activity Reports) to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

I was trying to find the article where I read about this, but all the search engines hide these stories making it difficult to find them. I can't remember where exactly I heard, read or saw this this at. Anyway, I'll keep searching and if I find it I will share it with you. It may have even been something posted on FR. So much information, and it is hard to keep up. 😋
