States should have a right to challenge laws that impact
them very negatively.
I recognize the federal government should trump on some
issues, but here the Feds are not abiding by the laws of
the nation. The SCOTUS can’t grasp that?
Citizens can’t take action. States can’t. You’re right
to ask who can then?
States do have the right. It’s called secession.
States are sovereign and they are being invaded by foriegn Nationals
States should be able to arrest them and repatriate them or lock them in prison.
States should be able to sue the Fed Government for treason etc etc
Or at least bus them to DC.

That would be declaring USA to not be a soverign country
