Whenever we hear of a traffic death from DUI in my county it is always an illegal. And many times it will be reported they have been deported half a dozen times.
Senators have no say in the House’s decision to do impeachment.
When the hse impeaches, they deliver the paperwork to the Senate and they either convict or not.
Impeachment is like “charges” or indictments and then the rest of the “trial” is done by the Senate.
