On Wednesday, anti-trans darlings Elon Musk and J.K. Rowling posted deeply troubled and misinformed tweets in which they both argued the term “cisgender” is essentially an ideologically radical and unfounded term, which, well, hurts their feelings. Therefore, according to Rowling, she shouldn’t have to use it, and Musk decreed the word would be categorized as a “slur” by Twitter and that Twitter users who use it will be penalized.

It is not an acronym. Its transliterated Latin meaning "on this side of" as opposed to "trans" meaning "on the other side of".
Yep. Same here, been called a lot of names and slurs, which is stupid because I know what I am, born a male and not a mother. Men can say they identify as women, but it ain't so unless they have a uterus and can make a baby; and create breast milk to feed a baby. Women can't identify as men unless they have testicles and can provide sperm to another woman. Men are born as men, and women are born as women, period (another thing real women are capable of). To hell with LBTQ+ whatever nonsense.
Dr. Simón(e) Dow-Kuang Sun, a neurologist with a Ph.D. from the New York University Neuroscience Institute:
“Contrary to popular belief, scientific research helps us better understand the unique and real transgender experience. Specifically, through three subjects: (1) genetics, (2) neurobiology, and (3) endocrinology.”
this is the problem!!
Didn’t know that. Thanks!
Cis- is Newspeak. I refuse to submit to trans-totalitarians.
Cis is often used as a slur. The same cannot be said for trans. When one of us opposed to this gender nonsense wants to be mean, it’s “tranny”. As in, See Spot run away from the tranny.
