There’s a lot of truth to that.

This was borne out in the late summer of 2020, when my state and local school districts were trying to figure out if/how they were going to reopen schools for the 2020-21 school year.

The public comments and pressure from the parents told me everything I need to know about the state of our country.

Nobody gave a sh!t about reopening the classrooms. All they cared about was the fall high school SPORTS schedule.

Cyril M. Kornbluth wrote the science fiction story The Marching Morons about the last intelligent people having to care for and protect the multitudes of low intelligence people who were the result of dumb people having a lot of children.

Cars dashboards said the dumb people were going at 70mph but it was really 10mph or something. Haven’t read it in a while.

Scores have been going down. They're just using covid as their go to "cover my butt story".

I don't want to hear that they need pay raises. They chose that profession among many that they could've chosen from, No one forced them.

The teacher's haven't been teaching for quite a while. With all the propaganda they teach all day, I'm surprised it isn't lower.

Go back to the basics and scores will go up and stop sending the reading, writing and arithmetic home for moms and dads to do.

Also, stop letting these teachers go into work looking so unkept and unprofessional. They may start having more respect for themselves if they did.

The rest of the states will not learn from California’s mistake but adopt them. California used to be a conservative state as was Oregon and Washington state until East Coast liberals moved to escape the Hell they created and injected the virus into new hosts.
They now will sicken Texas, Florida and other conservative, southern states.
The era of Americans sending humans into outer space are gone and the world will bow down to their new masters, the Chinese.
