Any justice finding for the plaintiff needs to be removed from the court. Such a justice lacks the ability to distinguish between fact and fiction as well as truth and evil.

The Supreme Court is scheduled to decide as soon as this week if it will hear a case about whether individuals suffering from gender dysphoria are protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Under current, when legislatures pass law, it goes to the bureacracie3s for interpretation and application. After that it is supposed to go back to the legislature for final approval before implementation.
Trump removed many rules this way because the law was not followed.
I wonder if the supreme court will think about this?
If SCOTUS finds it does get covered, I look forward to seeing drag queens and trannies in the handicapped parking spots.

If we have judges who dont know what a man is or what a woman is, how can they even be a judge in such a case?

Yes, I think we all know, that the liberal view, is that gender dysphoria should be a disability. And the conservative view is that it is not a disability.

Unfortunately, since the American Psychiatric Association has legitimized it as a diagnosis, and it has been given a DSM Code, I don’t know how they can NOT include it.
