I have to say, I saw Barr on Face the Nation today, and he totally misrepresented the Presidential Records Act. Without saying it, he completely disagrees with the ruling by Amy Berman Jackson. He said today - if it’s Private, a Prez can take it, if it’s not a Private Doc, the Prez Records Act says he can’t take it. Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled - and it was not appealed - it’s the President’s sole discretion to destroy, classify / declassify or deem private records from his Admin - at will.

Trey Gowdy was hard hitting in cheap talk in Congress against Hillary and the others. But nothing-——nothing-——actually was done. And then he quit for more lucrative show business gigs.
I did see him as the local prosecutor in scenes of one of the reruns of the “how crimes were solved” shows on Court TV as a young man.
