Not everyone is affected the same way. If you use the drug and never experience psychotic symptoms, congratulations and enjoy. Perhaps only a minority of weed users will cross the line into psychosis, but only a small minority of tobacco smokers will get lung cancer. It’s not a “causal relationship” if there is no if/then. Contributory, maybe, but not causal.
