Knowing this is coming, would be nice if repubs got ahead of it, proactively reasserting that agencies must follow and regulate within the law, not make it. Repubs should float a bill that would make it a crime for regulators to overstep their bounds. Agency administrators should have their personal property confiscated if found guilty of seizing power not granted or of intentionally misinterpreting the law to seize more power.
