He’s retired now but his company is famous for rebuilding critical damaged roadways ahead of schedule, and cleaning up on the daily bonus his contract with the state would pay for finishing early. The article talks about replacing two bridges on the Santa Monica freeway. Scheduled for 144 days, finished in 66, collected 200k daily bonus.
Hopefully they have someone like that out PA. Even so I can’t imagine getting this overpass replaced in less than 2 months, working day and night. I have visited PH many times. This will be traffic pattern failure on a scale maybe never seen before. It’s going to be an epic disaster
