I heard that as I listened to both his speeches yesterday. A bit odd I thought that he’d bring that up. Raises more questions.

It's a DC court. DC votes exclusively Democrat. Of course he's going to be convicted. They'd convict a ham sandwich if it had an (R) beside its name.

We can either call the corrupt legal system out and fight it every step of the way or roll over and let them destroy us because fighting back is so unseemly.

I take it you prefer option 2.

Actually, this is a Florida court, albeit in a very Dem part of the state (Miami/Palm Beach). But any charges related to J6 will be in DC. And don’t forget possible charges in Georgia (Atlanta). By the end of this, it is possible Trump could be convicted in 4 different locations, only 2 of which he could pardon himself if elected. Could be an interesting couple of years ahead.
