How could any third party possibly determine that you are not of the ethnic or racial background which you claim?!
Do they, e.g., have access to your DNA?! And/or can they demand that you undergo a DNA test?
Besides, some ethnic groups (e.g., Latino) are purely cultural/linguistic - so how can they fault you for saying that you "feel" like you are actually a Bushman, if you've always "felt" more kinship with the Hottentots than with your lard-white, Lutheran parents?

There ARE hermaphrodites. They are few and far between but they do exist.

The renaming of Personnel yo Human Resources was just the first step in destroying the person.
And Human Resources has long been where those with a social change agenda worm their way into power.
HR is also mostly for people who can’t make it in STEM and don’t have the drive and personality for sales .
I must be living in hole, because I only first saw the preferred pronouns in an email signature a couple of weeks ago. Had no idea it had gone that far. FWIW, my personal pronouns (not really pronouns) are “Sir” or “Your Lord and Master”.
These people are intersex. Probably by absorbing their fraternial twin in the womb. They are sterile.

Hermaphroditism is incredibly in humans but it does happen.

Not someone with a birth defect but a true hermaphrodite that is fully fertile both ways.
You can't because no matter what they do, and believe me they have tried, the amount of hormones that are needed to make a fertile female result in the male reproductive system being rendered infertile and vise versa.
Intersex happens in mammals. Hermaphrodite does not.
