Is there enough for a Trump-nominated judge to dismiss the charges with prejudice and sanction the government? Would a judge do this? And if they did, would Smith just turn his attention to his ongoing efforts in DC?

Sorry to be the harbinger of doom but this is leading up to the DEEP STATE'S only alternative being to try and ASSASSINATE President Trump before the 2024 election.

Back in the 60's once JFK pledged and affirmed he would dismantle the CIA the DEEP STATE of that era took him out suddenly and abruptly in November of 1963 before he could make good on his pledge.
