I read the transcript, in context. You might do the same, not that it will persuade you. As far as if he showed the document, I imagine the prosecution has already asked the other people at the meeting that very question, so I guess that will be answered at trial.
duhhhhhhhhhhhhh.. that sounds logical
They need to report him to the Florida Bar for prosecutorial misconduct.
I’m sure that’s going to happen.
“Prosecutor who alters evidence, denies Brady Material to the defense, or otherwise denies a defendant due process, and anyone involved, does the punishment of the defendant.”
***************************************************
Going back to Hammurabi, probably earlier.
That would be fun.
Why alter anyone’s actual words/quotes in an indictment?
exactly, that is either careless or done on purpose and since it is DOJ we can’t give them them the bednefit of doubt that it was careless, their pi$$ poor reputation infers on purpose and anti Trump.
Did Trump say the paper was not declassified?>> can we see the paper and what trump actually said.
, the prosecution selectively editing the statement in the indictment, while sleazy, does not constitute evidence tampering.>>> Did they review the actual document?
“This is evidence tampering no matter what. This is no different when Adam Schiff misrepresented the Ukraine phone call from what the transcript actually said.”
This reminds me of the Rather Memogate episode. Fabricated “evidence” which amounts to more of their typical lies. There are no levels to which the left will not stoop to, obviously.
then this charge is the most serious danger to Trump.
>>>. Agreed but what is the document? I would have to read the document for myself to determine if the “classified, top Secret” actually means anything. The classified document could have been details on his wife’s bra size which was necessary to fit a shoulder holster from craft holsters. and who did he show it to are the co conspirators.. etc.
I agree that the government over classifies everything, but in this instance, we know the substance of the document discussed, because there are quotes from Trump describing it. It was a document from DoD describing a plan to attack an country that was redacted from the transcript. Such information, if released, could at least cause damage to the relationship with the country mentioned.
Another interesting thing is that from the context of the transcript, it sounds like Trump had just discovered the document in a stack of papers he was reviewing. So if that is the case, how could he have already declassified the document while he was president? If he didn’t realize he had it, I don’t think he could have declassified it.
If the plan is for an attack on a foreign country, presumably a hostile threat one (which Iran is, openly), how can it damage relations with it?
Iran has already waged terroristic war on the U.S. for scores of years, so they started it, even if it was done through proxies they trained, equipped and funded?
I guess you failed your class in Logic!! I didn’t.
I have to admit:
I don’t like the way you think!
Just my personal opinion.
For a change? Everything these scum say is a lie, including “a” and “the” and “if”.
Maybe part of the "substance." The Trump quote may or may not describe everything.
