These photos were included in the DOJ indictment to allege President Trump was “careless” with his documents

First of all, where are the pictures of Joe Biden’s garage and Hillary’s home email server?

But more importantly, Mar a Lago is a locked down fortress

They have armed Secret Service at the entrance checking IDs, only club members and their guests are allowed, there are security cameras everywhere, and agents are stationed at almost every corner where people are allowed to go (which is less than 10% of the entire property)

If President Trump is in the area, the Secret Service presence increases drastically

No pictures are allowed anywhere on the premises by guests and that policy is strictly enforced

You can’t use the wrong bathroom without a Secret Service agent stopping you

These photographs clearly show either a) documents in transit to secure locations or b) their place in a secure closet

The Mar a Lago facility contains a SCIF. The SCIF at Trump’s home in Florida was brought public in February of 2017. Just by it’s definition, Biden can’t park a vet in it:

A SCIF, or sensitive compartmented information facility, is an ultrasecure room that does not allow technology inside. It is used by officials and government contractors to review highly classified documents and information.

SCIFs are not used for confidential or secret documents, only top-secret information. Examples of top-secret information are weapon designs, war plans, or any information that, if released, is a danger to national security. Confidential and secret documents can be kept in a government office as long as it’s properly locked after viewing.

So Trumps room was an overkill for most of the documents he viewed and Biden’s viewing was totally insecure. It falls under OPSEC and COMSEC violations.

In fact, there are articles written when he was VP, that Joe had Classified Docs Open and strewn about on his desks while he did Media interviews.
