LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Former Arkansas governor and current Republican presidential candidate Asa Hutchinson shared a statement Thursday night on the indictment of former President Donald Trump.
Hutchinson said that Trump’s actions are not a good representation for the United State nor the Republican Party.
“With the news that Donald Trump has been indicted for the second time, our country finds itself in a position that weakens our democracy,” his statement read. “Donald Trump’s actions—from his willful disregard for the Constitution to his disrespect for the rule of law—should not define our nation or the Republican Party.”

A more powerful message would be for all the Repubs to suspend their campaigns in protest.

LOL. Asa is competing for the extreme Deep State vote. But seriously, what Asa is saying is that this is not a political indictment. And so the Dems can continue to control Republican politics with indictments and investigations. Its stupidity in the extreme to take this position, even if you don’t want Trump as nominee.
Asa is the Springsteen of the GOP. Too bad he’s not the only one. We are plagued by a plethora of posers.
Asa should end his run now because he will still be at .o1 in the polls next year.

I've said that before, but now I add an additional observation: It will be easier to kill him if he is in custody.

My prediction is that Hutchinson will drop out and Trump will win the nomination.
I guess you shouldn’t run, Mr. Hutchinson because your 47-year old son in April was arrested for DWI for the second time, possession of a controlled substance and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Charlie Kirk is calling for that, but just for Tuesday when Trump turns himself in.
That’s what I’d like to know!
Ass-a had been hoping for the indictment. Asa had absolutely no chance at the presidency with Trump in it, but he’s not even registering enough support anywhere to make it beyond the first debate, if he makes it that far.
I wouldn’t put it beyond him to have been assisting the DOJ in bringing up the charges. Asa is a much an enemy of the country as any deranged democrat.
Someone should tell stupid that we are not a democracy. We are an Socialist Oligarchy.
